The ITIL blended learning we offer trains all students to Foundation level using the ILX ITIL Foundation interactive CD-Rom training course, and then runs add on workshops to both Practitioners and/or Managers level.
This method has proven to significantly increases student’s exam pass rates, because they can study foundation level at their own time and pace, really taking time to understand the subject matter in detail. We encourage the course administrator to book an exam date in advance for these students so they have an aim to work towards.
If students then wish to move onto Practitioner level we offer the following courses:-
- ITIL Change Management
- ITIL Configuration Management
- ITIL Problem Management
- ITIL Release Management
- ITIL Service Desk and Incident Management
- ITIL Service Level Management
The 3-day add-on instructor-led practitioner training courses can then be arranged onsite with one of our experienced ITIL trainers. This method requires only 3 days out of the office instead of 6.
To gain the Managers qualification students must have studied and passed their ITIL Foundation exam. The instructor led add on courses are then split into 2 - 5 day training events, 5 days for Service Management and 5 days for Service Delivery (plus optional exam days). We run these events on-site and through out public schedule.
