Accredited by the APM Group, this programme has been put together specifically for those in need of a direct route to the ITIL V3 Expert qualification through the Lifecycle stream. The programme includes ITIL Foundation e-learning followed by the five 3-day Lifecycle modules: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement, and the Managing Across the Lifecycle course. All examinations are included in the price and will be taken throughout the course.
