ITIL V3 Foundation Bridging Certificate

Overview:The ITIL V3 Bridging course is a 1.5 day course intended only for people who already hold the V2 foundation certificate. The course looks at the key differences between the earlier ITIL versions and ITIL V3 and at the end of the course delegates will sit the V3 bridging exam.

ITIL V3 Intermediate Qualification in Service Strategy

Overview:The course builds on the general principles covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course. It covers the lifecycle aspects of Service Strategy and covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Strategy stage of the lifecycle but not the detail of each of the supporting processes (which are covered in detail in the capability courses). Additionally the course looks at the concept of Service Strategy as a practice and at the interfaces between Service Strategy and the other stages of the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. The course is assignment based, with a strong emphasis on practical coursework, working as individuals and in teams.

The following course is fully accredited by the APM Group is intended to bridge the gap between the ITIL V2 Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL V3 Expert in IT Service Management.

Target Audience:

This course has been designed for those who already hold an ITIL V2 Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management (or an earlier ITIL version) who wish to update their qualification to the latest version of ITIL - gaining them the ITIL V3 Expert in IT Service Management qualification.

ITIL V3 Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate

Overview:Candidates wishing to be trained and examined for this qualification must already hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (2 credits from the Version 3 Foundation or Version 2 Foundation plus Bridge Certificate) and have obtained a further 15 credits (a total of at least 17 credits) as a minimum from a balanced selection of ITIL Service Lifecycle or Service Capability qualifications.
