ISEB Certificate in IS Project Management Modules 1 & 2 (ISEB1 / ISEB2)

This is a 10-day course leading to the full IS Certificate in IS Project Management.

The course is delivered in two modules:

  • Module 1 (ISEB 1): PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner (5 days including exams)
  • Module 2 (ISEB 2):
    • Introduction to Project Management
    • Managing plans
    • Managing resources
    • Managing development
    • Managing documentation
    • Managing quality
    • Managing change

Please note: For those completing the ISEB written examination, a further 40 minute oral examination is scheduled.
