Q: I receive your annual reports but have no record of a shareholding in ILX Group plc?
A: The original name of the company was Time2Learn plc and this subsequently changed to Intellexis plc in December 2001. In August 2003 there was a share consolidation whereby 1,000 old shares became 1 new share. It subsequently became ILX Group plc in August 2004. If you have a share certificate in the name of Time2Learn plc or Intellexis plc, these are still valid for the post-consolidation number of shares. A: These certificates are still valid.
