Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I receive your annual reports but have no record of a shareholding in ILX Group plc?

A: The original name of the company was Time2Learn plc and this subsequently changed to Intellexis plc in December 2001. In August 2003 there was a share consolidation whereby 1,000 old shares became 1 new share. It subsequently became ILX Group plc in August 2004. If you have a share certificate in the name of Time2Learn plc or Intellexis plc, these are still valid for the post-consolidation number of shares. Should you wish to check or confirm the existence or the amount of your shareholding, please contact Capita Registrars on 0871 664 0300 (Calls cost 10 pence per minute plus network extras).

Q: I have an old share certificate in the name of Time2Learn plc / Intellexis plc?

A: These certificates are still valid. However in August 2003 there was a share consolidation whereby 1,000 old shares became 1 new share; if your certificate refers to “ordinary shares of 0.1p each” then you need to divide the number of shares by 1,000 in order to obtain the correct holding. Should you wish to check or confirm the existence or the amount of your shareholding, please contact Capita Registrars on 0871 664 0300 (Calls cost 10 pence per minute plus network extras).

Q: Can I receive documentation by email rather than by post?

A: Yes. Please download and complete the form here and send it as instructed to Capita Registrars.

Q: I have moved but you are still sending information to my old address?

A: You will need to contact Capita Registrars on 0871 664 0300 (Calls cost 10 pence per minute plus network extras) and provide them with your new address.

Q: What is the value of my shareholding?

A: You can see the current share price here. Alternatively, it is published in the Financial Times and on the London Stock Exchange website.

Q: I have not received a dividend?

A: Please check the financial calendar to see the dividend date. If you still believe you have not received a dividend, you will need to contact Capita Registrars on 0871 664 0300 (Calls cost 10 pence per minute plus network extras).
