At ILX Group we’ve decided we want to share with as many people as possible globally the ITIL method and how it supports best practice IT Service Management.

So we decided to open our interactive ITIL Overview e-Learning course to the world!

You can complete as much or as little as you like of the course – if you simply want a high level overview you can skip the e-learning product tour and watch the “Overview of ITIL and Service Management” lesson.

Alternatively, complete the whole course, which takes approx 2 hours in total and when you’re done you’ll be 10% on your way to an ITIL Foundation qualification!

Like all of our e-learning the course can be broken up into bite sized chunks and you can create bookmarks throughout. But we recommend sitting back with a nice cup of tea and viewing it all at once!
