Customisation of products to a specific company or market sector is a key ingredient for user acceptance of e-learning and blended courses.

The ILX Group courses have been designed from the outset to allow customisation to happen with ease. Courses can be reconfigured, terminology and imagery can be changed, and our standard examples can be substituted with ones that are client-specific.

Product Build

Utilising the ILX Group collaborative development system we build effective learning courses. These can range in sophistication from simple conversion of paper-based manuals to electronic form to full situation simulations.

Our learning designers will consult with the target audience during the design process to ensure the correct use of time, media and language is included in the product. They will also be involved in user testing during and after development to ensure the products are effective in delivering their learning message.

Often a blend of delivery methods best suits a learning need. ILX Group has a strong faculty of trainers skilled in designing classroom workshops to supplement electronic courses. Where a classroom course already exists, the electronic courses can be designed to make best use of the time that the learners are together in person.
