How does it differ from the standard help button you may ask?
Firstly this programme has an advanced search button enabling the user to locate the answer to their problem quickly.
The learning portal will give the user a choice of how they would like to learn about their enquiry by choosing the following options- "How it works" "What it is" "Show me" and then "Try it".
Some users might only need to view the show me part before understanding how it works and may leave the programme whereas others might need to view all four options.
Whichever way they choose they will not be faced with a screen full of text.
