ILX Group Buying.Solutions' Framework
...Fast track to Programme and Project Management Learning & Development Solutions....
ILX Group, the leading provider of training and consulting in Programme, Project & IT (ITIL) Service Management, is accredited to the Buying.Solutions framework agreement. Following the first year of the framework, 80% of programme and project management training services were delivered by ILX, demonstrating that ILX is the preferred supplier to the public sector for programme and project management training.
Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services. It was established in 2001 as a result of the Gershon Report, through a merger of the procurement functions of the Buying Agency and CCTA. Buying Solutions are an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office.
The Programme and Project Management framework agreement for Learning & Development and eLearning Solutions means that public sector organisations can access ILXs comprehensive portfolio of learning products and services without having to go through the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) procurement process.
In addition, all the usual tendering steps such as product and service qualification, pricing and supplier credentials have been completed, reducing the cost and time to find and appoint a learning development supplier.
Buying.Solutions Framework Agreement:
The framework agreement (Lot 20 Programme and Project Management Learning & Development and eLearning Solutions) is an initiative from Buying Solutions', the Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office.
The agreement helps public sector organisations maximise value for money in their procurement activities and provides a quick and efficient route to procurement.
The agreement lets public sector organisations buy learning products and services through pre-tendered arrangements which are compliant with EU procurement legislation.
Buying Solutions’ framework agreements are awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, taking into account all commercial, technical, quality and financial elements.
Who can use Buying Solutions
Buying Solutions' remit extends across both central government, and the wider public sector comprising central government, local government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence, utilities and not for profit sectors. It also extends to devolved administrations and the local government, health, education and emergency services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
