Accredited 3 Day Classroom Course

Instructor led course including all study material required, leading to the Foundation exam

MSP Foundation Classroom Training Course

Course Overview

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is a principles, governance themes and process based approach founded on Best Practice for use when managing a programme.

Programmes are more than just the 'sum of their parts', in other words they need to 'add value' over their constituent projects. This leads to the inevitable conclusion that such a major 'transformational' change needs something over and above standard project management in order to make such a major change 'stick', and thereby realise benefits which are of strategic importance to the organisation.

This course is aimed at any organisation or individual seeking to understand and adopt a controlled approach to running and controlling its programmes.

The successful completion of both Foundation & Practitioner examinations will give the delegates a recognised MSP accreditation.
