The Company was notified yesterday by Kate Blackall, in accordance with the provisions of section 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that following the sale of 57,300 ordinary shares she now has an interest in 921,455 ordinary shares representing 4.75% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
