The Company was notified today by Kate Blackall, in accordance with the provisions of section 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that following the sale of 52,000 ordinary shares she now has an interest in 1,065,505 ordinary shares representing 5.73% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
